The Signature Cocktail Survey...

The survey questions for your Signature Cocktail will be included in your order form.  You will be able to tell us all about your Event, its theme, colors, and even name your cocktail if you would like. 

We will be asking you questions about the Event, its date, and all about your favorite cocktails.  We will also be asking you about how many guests you are planning on having and what your budget is...the reason why is because if you select the option to have us create favor cards and a shopping list or the edible gold or silver options, we are going to need to make sure that we stay in your budget.  

We want you to have the Signature Cocktail of your dreams while still making sure that your Event goes according to your plan...
